State Title Agent’s License
Southern Title actively supports the state licensing of all Closing Officers, Assistants, and Account Executives and provides training for associates interested in pursuing this goal.
Certified Land Title Institute
With 5 years' experience, continued education and training, and upon completion of a lengthy exam, associates can achieve their Certified Land Closer (CLC) designation, the highest closing credential available to a State Title Agent.

ALTA, FLTA, and Underwriter webinars, in-person meetings, and individually-designed education & training plans are available to all associates.

All associates participate in ongoing education from KnowBe4, provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. Beginning with new hire orientation and consistent throughout their tenure, all associates are required to complete modules designed to mobilize them as the company’s last line of defense against ransomware, fraud, social engineering and other hacks.
