Andrea Hicks was fabulous throughout our transaction. She kept a constant open line of communication throughout the transaction with all parties, and also kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. Even at the end when we had a delayed funding issue, Andrea rolled with the punches, and got the closing wrapped up first thing in the morning, once she was able to. Highly recommend Southern Title and extremely impressed with Andrea Hicks.

Karen was INCREDIBLE. I haven’t done a good amount of real estate transactions but her communication is incredible. She is always providing so much comfort because she picks up your calls, answers emails, and WANTS TO GET YOU CLOSED! I can’t be more appreciative to her. I have a few fewer gray hairs now.
