We had a bit of an emergency that forced one of us to have to fly out of the country. We really needed to do a pre-closing in a hurry. Southern Title got all the paperwork done in a few days. Not at any point did anyone at Southern Title express frustration with us. Rather they told me they would get it done. The exact opposite treatment from how many businesses are run these days.
