As Director of Sales and Marketing, Rachel is responsible for leading the Account Executive Team and guiding the company's marketing and sales initiatives. Our Account Executive Team members are pillars in the community and enjoy sharing the successes and opportunities within Southern Title among real estate professionals. Members of the Sales and Marketing Team serve in various leadership roles and committee seats in many related organizations and have become an invaluable resource to the real estate community.

Rachel began her career in retail banking, lending, and real estate in 1998 in Dayton, Ohio. She relocated to Florida with her family in 2002 and joined SouthTrust Bank as a Financial Specialist. This industry provided Rachel with vigorous training in sales and managing sales teams. Her most recent management role was with BB&T for 12 years as a Market President, managing multiple sales teams throughout the state of Florida, leading them to new levels of success year after year. Throughout Rachel’s banking career she has developed extensive knowledge in commercial, small business and consumer lending. Rachel was a top producing loan officer in 2021-2022, originating more than $80M in residential mortgage loans.
