Can you believe it's Thursday already? While network services continue to be spotty, we have power and are open in these locations:
Our 440 Deltona Blvd. office has power but no internet. The associates from that office will be operational at 2335 Beville Road. Our Palm Coast office at 2298 Colbert has no power or internet. If you can't reach your closing team directly, please call 866-297-5535 to be transferred. Thank you for your patience as we work to resume normal business operations post Hurricane Irma. Update #5 Wednesday, September 13, 2017 - 2 pm
Power has been restored to most Southern Title offices; however our internet services is still quite spotty. As of right now, these Southern Title offices will be open tomorrow, Thursday, September 14 at 8:30 a.m:
Currently our Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach Beachside offices are without power. Ormond and Commercial Division associates will be working at the Port Orange office and associates from the 400 Seabreeze Blvd. location will be working out of the office at 2335 Beville Road, Daytona Beach.
We apologize for any convenience and are doing our best to resume normal business operations as quickly as possible.

Update #4 - Tuesday, September 12 at 6:00 p.m.
Southern Title offices in Leesburg and Jacksonville WILL be open for business tomorrow, September 13, at 8:30. All other offices are without electrical and/or internet service and will be re-opened once power is restored. If you have an upcoming closing, please contact your Closing Officer or call our Hurricane Hotline at 866-297-5535, leave a message and an associate will return your call, or email us. Update #3 - Tuesday, September 12 12:00 p.m.
All 11 Southern Title offices will be open Wednesday, September 13 at 8:30 a.m. as long there is accessible power and internet service. If not, we will relocate the team to another location in the Southern Title network. We will post the office openings and relocations here, on our Facebook page and our Twitter feed, and on our Southern Title Hurricane Hotline at 866-297-5535 at 5 pm after our Business Continuity team assesses the safety and accessibility of our locations. Thank you for your patience as we make every effort to return to business as usual after Hurricane Irma.
