Dawn Jones is Manager and a Closing Officer for the Daytona Beach - Beachside Office of Southern Title. In the title industry since 1984, Dawn was part of Southern Title when it opened in 1995. She left in in 2005 and returned in 2011, bringing extensive experience with attorney-owned and independent title insurance agencies to her role. 

She became a Florida Licensed Title Insurance Agent (LTA) in 1994 and achieved the Certified Land Closer (CLC) designation in 2015.  The CLC Designation demonstrates the highest level of experience and professionalism in the industry and requires the designee to have more than 5 years tenure and to complete a lengthy two part exam.

Dawn’s favorite pastimes are family gatherings, boating, and enjoying the sunrise and sunsets on our beautiful beach.
