Abigail (Abbey) Folker is the Account Executive for the Leesburg branch of Southern Title. After getting her feet wet in the real estate world as a real estate agent, she decided to branch out and learn all the aspects of title.

Abbey is excited and energized to be a part of the real estate and title journey that our customers take enroute to becoming homeowners and looks forward to sharing the wonderful benefits Southern Title has to offer with the families in greater Leesburg community.

A native Floridian, Abbey grew up in Oxford, FL and currently resides in Leesburg with her husband of 20 years, John, and their two children Grady and Briella. In their spare time they spend a lot of time outdoors; going to the beach, bike riding, fishing and spending time with their son at his baseball games.
